Fabulous food, best afternoon I've ever had. Great value for money. Thoroughly recommend. Will definitely go back. Only thing I'd say is that it was hard to get staff attention for more tea or the bill and at a time when you have to stay at your table it is a little frustrating. More attentive staff needed but didn't detract from a fabulous afternoon x

I've been following The Lane on Instagram for ages and was dying to pop down to try their food. Yesterday, I got to celebrate my birthday by popping there for the afternoon and I was not disappointed! The food was out of this world, the environment was really relaxed and the staff were friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back again soon!
Amazing place to go and have afternoon tea! The Halloween theme on the food was amazing. The quality of of the food was exceptional!
I've been here three times now (two breakfast and one dinner) and with out a doubt the best restaurant I've been too. This little gem needs to expand to other towns so others can enjoy.
Went to The Lane for afternoon with my friend. 20 for afternoon tea which I couldn't manage finishing, and ended up taking loads home! Everything was fresh and delicious, amazing value and quality. I would highly recommend.
