I discovered these on the internet and decided to visit as we are having a kitchen extension and need a new kitchen. They are the biggest manufacturers in the NE and although they do not have an extensive showroom, what they have on display is very interesting. I have now visited three times and on the second occasion, I took my wife. We decided to have a free kitchen design and the salesperson/designer was extremely helpful. He went out of his way to accommodate me and quote for the kitchen. I was very impressed.

From the moment we walked into the showroom Andy bent over backwards to help us out, a credit to the Company. Absolute shambles - issue after issue since ordering (no surprises everything was great during sales process). Our order turned up late, with missing doors, with doors the complete wrong size, all hinge holes drilled incorrectly (even after a site survey at our home). After not receiving a call back on reporting all of these issues with the order I went in to the office where replacement doors were promptly ordered and promised for delivery by 23rd October - needless to say they didn't arrive then. We have raised a formal complaint with the company which has not been taken seriously at all, even after apparently being escalated to MD level. We have asked for a full refund and for the order to be cancelled after they did not address our complaint points and requests for compensation. Their response to this was 'we do not want to give you a refund'. It is like dealing with children. Save yourself some money, time and energy/your sanity and do not use this company. Now dealing with trading standards.

We are delighted with the end result, looks fabulous. Excellent product quality on units and built in appliances. Brilliant attention to detail and customer service throughout. We would highly recommend this company - don't bother going elsewhere!
