Really liked the place, its a Focacceria as the name suggests and not a Pizzeria, so do not expect traditional Pizzas here. What you get is option of multiple variants of foccacia breads and a special take on Pizzas. There are multiple options for vegetarians, Strongly recommended.

Very tasty pinsa (Still unsure how it's different from a pizza). Nice, crunchy crust, delicious sauce and lots of cheese. Definitely going to be visiting again

This is one of my favourite places in Basel ! Pinza Romana is amazing. Crunchy, tasty and super flavourful. We have always been welcomed with a warm smile and it's always a pleasure to go there. Try avoiding the peak hours though, it's so popular that it gets crowded quickly over lunch time. Best choice : Pinza with Guanciale !

Overall, my experience was very mediocre at best. I waited inline for about 20min and ordered a \tuna focaccia\. The toppings felt low quality; tasteless cheese, a couple of onions, and literally 4 flakes of canned tuna. The focaccia dough itself was very thin and dry to the point that it was not edible at the crust - way to flaky. I don't think I'll return to eat another one.

Hands down the best pizza in Basel. Perfect crunchy dough and flavorful toppings. The family managing it are super friendly and helpful.
