Wow. This place is perfect blend of rustic home style and high end foodie heaven. The roast is unreal. No weak links. Farmhouse style veg with interesting addition of corn, spinach and various roasted bits but then 3 thick cut slabs of high end beef with unbelievable depth of flavour and silky softness. Can't remember a more satisfying roast. Drinks and puds great and surprisingly well priced. Great staff lovely place. Highly highly recommended

Very nice staff, and good roast, however.... We were freezing cold inside. Glad I wore a jumper. Similar to other reviewers we were surprised when the nice big online menu had been replaced by a really short one, with only one thing suitable for kids. We had the Mezze starter, complete with stale bread sticks... the hummus was nice though. My wife had the beef roast, which was awesome, I had the chicken risotto. Unfortunately for me the risotto had lumps of gristle in it, and was really quite small, a bit disappointing. I shared the roast as it was massive. We came a few years ago and it was really good all round. Today it was a bit of a mixed bag, not sure we'll be rushing back...
Amazing place. Food is delicious and the staff are friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended
We booked in on Monday 31st August, expecting the Extensive Menu that was displayed on their Web site. To be told that did not exist, what was offered was about 5 options. We should have left, but having promised my partner a break from cooking we ordered off the offered menu. To be fair we got what we ask for, but could not really say we enjoyed the experience. Sorry we were not happy.
