Called in for quick pint, lovely service and beer was very tasty. 1st time in the pub but noticed the food being served and looked very appetizing also large portions. Was a pity we had not long eaten elsewhere.

Beautiful gem in the heart of the village. Enclosed walled garden but with a view of the church. They've spent the last couple of years improving the pub, inside and out and it's all very tastefully done, classic and with very pretty gardens. Perfectly cooked and reasonably priced food too!
Great atmosphere with a decently sized and well decorated outdoor area. Staff are friendly and the bar is well stocked. The venue also has a modern digital jukebox to play music from! Overall, a really nice place.
Fabulous Sunday lunch today - first one and definitely not the last. Thanks Pete, Sarah and girls - looked after us well x
