Had a lovely meal here tonight, really lovely restaurant. I had the chicken and mushroom pie with mash, my husband had the double burger with an extra side of onion rings (these were so crispy, loved them), our daughter had the sausage and chips basket and all of it was great. The service was particularly good, the lad behind the bar was attentive, friendly and added to a great experience :)

Great wee pub next to the river with my favourite beer on tap.
The large carvery was 8.95 on a Sunday. Great value. Great food. Superb staff. If you are in upton upon severn on a Sunday pop in. They are dog friendly. A lovely Sunday carvery the beef was so tender and flaking away.
Taste was great, would definitely recommend. Lots of meat and cheese. Portion size was smaller than most, you will definitely finish all the chips. No garlic bread, chips instead.
A nice place to sit outside in the sun with a pint over looking the river and watching the boats go by. It was closed the last time we were in Upton, but glad it’s open again.
