This is a really nice looking pub in an attractive area of Gosfield. The staff are friendly and helpful. The portions are very generous. I had the salmon, which I forgot to take a photo of, but it was well presented and well cooked. My wife and daughter had fish and chips and they looked glorious. My daughter finished the whole plate, which is a ringing endorsement. They were currently running the eat in to help out scheme. So this was a bargain, but I will definitely come back again in the future.

Had a really lovely meal here tonight. Food excellent and staff all very kind and friendly. Will definitely go back and would thoroughly recommend.
Went today at 1.oopm.didnt know what to expect..groupon deals. The starters were good and the mains were great..seating well arranged and staff were good as well. Could not fault the cooking brilliant. Will go again definitely..well done the Kings Head.
Met a friend for lunch. Lovely meal but did feel the table we had was slightly too close to its neighbour. Would, however, highly recommend. Staff were lovely.
The food was delicious and the staff were very friendly and helpful.. We will definitely return.
