The Kings Arms

The kings Arms is my local pub. The owners Ed and Victoria are always very welcoming. We started going when we found out it was a dog friendly pub which for me and my dad is perfect. We own two huskys and eds always allowed us to use the garden for them to run around. They serve pub snack foods such as crisps and nuts and have started doing pies sausage rolls scotch eggs. There is always something going with events. A new acoustic night every week. Quiz nights and darts nights. The drinks are at a great competitive price. Very wide selection. New ales introduced every few weeks. Ed does his homemade gin. Great selection of spirits too. Its a great pub to just go and relax and everyone is always up for a chat. Highly recommended for all specially dog owners.

Very good ale friendly staf,warm nice piople.no weelchair acses, but good for a short walk to the bar, if you can,l do well worth the efort ,lovely people there and helpful

Looks like your run of the mill local pub from the outside but is actually a really decent place with their own real ale brand, attentive staff and friendly local residents, rear garden is very spacious. Very much worth going out of your way for a good drink and a friendly atmosphere. This place easily achieves what most pop-up high street establishments try too hard to.
