When we first went in with new managers it was great Had a basic track and trace system which is fine but unfortunately the manger on duty now does not follow the track and trace, does not ask for details of anybody. When we asked about track and trace he said the system was down when we know it was paper and pen only. We do not feel comfortable returning at this time.
