Great beers lovely friendly helpful staff with good table service. Everything was very clean spaced out one way system. They had a couple of vegan options the hummous platter was huge and the Thai curry was delicious! Log fire for winter too loved it here.

Awesome pub! Superb food. Friendly, welcoming staff. We arrived as a large party and were catered for so well. The outside space is beautiful with stunning views. Family-friendly and something on the menu for everyone. Spotlessly clean too! Highly recommended
Fantastic food, but make sure you go with an appetite. We went as a family of 5 and all ordered starters, when they came out they were huge! I recommend the olives and bread as that plate could probably feed 3 people for a main meal almost. Then we all ordered the Carbonara as it sounded fantastic, we were not wrong! They are huge bowl like plates that have a massive amount of pasta and loads of meat and mushrooms with a really nice creamy sauce. If I had to critisise I would say they could do with a bit more of a wine selection but everything else is fantastic.
Great little traditional pub that will be undergoing a metamorphosis in 2018 to include a dining room . Joules ales served here are spectacular. Metamorphosis complete now (May 2018) . More room , food now available and fantastic , do not miss this gem .
