Service was really good, disposable menu's. We had a sea bass and a haddock and they were excellent. Seriously lovely food, my haddock had some lovely crispy batter, the chips were delicious as well. The sea bass looked nice and was very highly rated. We hate in the garden, ambience was lovely. Would most definitely go back.

A lovely historic locals pub. Food, service and comfort is not bad, but there are better in the area.
We went for dinner with our granddaughter tonight so she could enjoy mussels that are on the menu as she absolutely loves them, we were very happy we did she was over the moon and enjoyed every last one. Staff were lovely and and we all had a very nice time we will definitely be back. Thank you very much
The best lobster bisque i've had, and the gin tonic was marvellous too. Would definitely be coming back more often. I had a lovely experience and do recommend it to everyone else.
Great Atmosphere, nice old building with character, nice open Inglenook fireplace, always with a fire burning in winter. Superb range of beers and wines, fantastic food, great menu but not cheap, wonderful Sunday Roasts. Very popular at weekends. Very friendly owner and staff, highly recommended. Get there early, limited parking at busy times but does offer a shuttle taxi.
