They sent the wrong size initially but when I contacted them to let them know, the customer service was hands down some of the best I have experienced. Sent the new size and let me keep the other to gift to someone else. Friendly, efficient, amazing. And I am in love with the kimono. Will definitely be buying from here again and have spread the word to friends and family.
