Really loved the place. The food was excellent. My friends ordered burgers, I went with Large Shawarma Kebab with Chips - it was well cooked, the chips were the best I had so far in London. The accompanying sauces were incredible! Keep up the good work. Just a bit disappointed for cashing extra 60 pence for dinning in. You should have mentioned that in your menu.

Horrible service. Walked in with my brother was shouted at by man behind the counter nearest the window. Told to go see the man further down the counter. As we approached him. The man looked at us and walked down to the the man who had shouted at us and they both stated talking in their own language and laughing, turning their backs to us. After waiting the man came up to us to take our order. - No greeting, no please or thank you. Both my brother and I said please and thank you - we were brought up better than to not have manners. The 1st man started getting our order wrong so we corrected him and this seemed to anger him even more!! This shop used to be the best Kebab Shop in the local area with outstanding Customer Service. It must be under new management as the service was atrocious and the kebab was mediocre (at best) and dripping in oil!! Will definitely not be returning here!!

Is the Balham branch reopening? Or is it closed for good? I've seen the Clapham branch has gone, so hoping the Balham branch is sticking around. Love this place!
