I go here every other week to buy food for my reptiles, and everytime I go the staff are always willing to help no matter how busy they are. They always have new reptiles, snakes and insects coming in and on display which I always like to learn about if it might be the right pet for me. If you are interested in getting yourself or a family member and reptiles visit these guys and ask all the questions they never expect anyone to buy they just want to help.

Every time I have been here, the employee running the store has been incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. I visited yesterday afternoon and the woman there helped me and made sure I all the information I needed to get started with some amazon milk frogs. She pointed out some good isopods and springtails and helped me ensure my bioactive terrarium will be running smoothly. Pretty amazing range of items considering the store size - wide range of live foods, sphagnum moss (which i couldn't find anywhere else!), drainage layers for terrariums, small terrariums and temporary holding containers. My favourite exotic pet store :)

Unbelievably amazing ladies! Went in looking for a tortoise for my daughter and her friend. Every question was answered, all reptiles were looked after beautifully and they spent so much time with us...brilliant. I would not go anywhere else. Thankyou x
