Visited 23august 7.30pm booking. Table not ready got a drink within 5mins table ready. Table was cleaned chairs wiped .ordered starters came hot and no problem. Main course just as good. Very pleasant and courteous staff. They could not do enough for you.watched staff clearing tables cleaning all menus and condiments. Could not fault this place.defnitly visit again.

Getting to restaurant I walked past bar section outside which was just a gang of men smoking and swearing loudly. Got past that and walked into restaurant section on end of row. Empty and no one serving but there was a open door to the immediate left which looked like it was a route into bar area. Full of people sat staring through. I waited being starred at then i gave up. Walked out and back past more swearing and smoking gangs and high tailed it out of that place. I was hoping for a great place after seeing the unusually high scores but I can only mark as I find. I feel like a party proper giving 1 star but no service and people committing a section 4 in the street isn't my idea of a good night out very sorry. I hope this was a one off so please don't just go off my review.
First visit. Great roast beef and Yorkshire pudding lunch with a great pot of tea. All for 4.95 on a Wednesday lunch time. Outstanding value!
Great food ....new menu is lovely and the Junction burger is amazing would definitely recommend a visit
