Decent place this. Not too large but fairly standard for a local pub. The decor and seating was adequate, felt quite cozy actually. The server did their job well. The food was okay. Nothing to run home about but the price was fair. I got a Burger with chips. I enjoyed the thickness of the burger but in all honesty, there just wasn't enough flavour in terms of the sauce. I was however, plesently surprised by the delicious thick cut chips. That certainly did the meal justice. Overall, not a bad place to meet up with some mates.

Meal was freshly cooked,presented on time and was a fantastic meal going back tomorrow for my sunday lunch. Should have done this before. Support your local business.
Very nice food. Proper thick cut chips always a bonus, and good sized portions and very reasonable prices. Friendly staff. A lovely old fashioned British pub. Will definitely be going back.
New refurb makes the place so lovely and cosy. Always a good time when we visit, all staff are so friendly. Food is always good even when it was take out only. Great local pub
