Dr Dandridge was the doc that rounded on my daughter when she was born. I did not choose her. I received 2 bills after I got home. Paid them both. Then received a 3rd bill & realized they were not updating my payments. I called. Was told that the doctor takes care of the billing & that she would call me back. I waited 2 weeks & called back, was told they were “refiling with insurance”. I told them that’s not what needs to happen, was told I would get a call back, 1 month later and I still can not get anyone to call me.

Dr Dandridge is amazing! She has been there for both of my daughter's births and is their ongoing pediatrician. I love her and her staff, they are kind, considerate, and very helpful!
