Nice local pub, beautiful location, stayed over in campervan. Rang ahead to check serving food, which was great served until 8:30pm. Weren’t told it was steak night / didn’t ask to be fair. I’m a BIG fan of fillet. Unfortunately Rump was the only option. (2 for 25 inc bottle wine) One of our party doesn’t meat, a shame no other options were available, rump steak or rump steak. (did offer to make a portion of chips) Unfortunately no starters or sides were available. Nothing for the minor who was visiting with us either. Locals were nice and friendly and the steak accompaniments were really nice. First and last time I’ve ordered rump! Rump and bottle wine for 1 reduced to 20 \u200d️
