We have used The IT Service to create our in-house Company Database here at work. They have provided exactly what we wanted and have been able to add functionality whenever needed. Andrew has always listened to our requirements and always been able to implement them - never baffling us with technology. The IT Service provide a personal service and they are always professional and reliable (appointments and timeframes have always been met!). I would definitely recommend this professional company!

I introduced The IT Service to my firm as our Excel training provider and the feedback from the employees has been phenomenal. It's difficult to find an excel training course that keeps people engaged and yet everyone has actively told me how useful they've found the training and how helpful the trainer has been in providing advice and support even after the day's training. The best part about the training is that we've been able to tailor it with The IT Service to create modular sessions, focused directly at specific topics our people have said they need training on. I attended an advanced excel training course organised by my company and was so impressed by the quality that I approached The IT Service to help us build a new Access database for my department. Andrew is the best trainer I have ever experienced; he is so engaging, able to understand and tailor requirements as needed and has a way of explaining things that makes something potentially complicated seem achieveable. They have a wide repertoire and we shall definitely be asking for future training on other projects.
