Been with company a couple of years. I have 3 dogs. I’ve made a few claims since I’ve been with them and I’m really impressed with their service so much so that I’m leaving a review. I never do this. Their staff are always polite and helpful and they’re generally really easy to deal with. I’ve needed to speak to someone higher up a couple of times and this has also been pain free so yes, impressed to say the least.

I sadly lost my dog Lola in September 2020 after an illness we first spotted in May. Throughout our many visits to vets and referral vets the team at the Insurance Emporium were helpful, sympathetic and professional. It was a stressful time and I rang a couple of times for reassurance about what was covered. The team were patient and took the time to explain everything. When claiming, the paperwork was easy to understand and the payments were prompt. When we lost Lola everyone was very kind and understanding. I'd only just renewed our cover and expected to have to pay it for the rest of the 12 month period, but it was cancelled without my asking. I would never consider using any other pet insurance now.
Always pay out promptly no questions (elderly dog with several conditions), don't hike prices too much each year.
I have my dogs and horses insured with The Insurance Emporium and unfortunately have had to make several claims - without fail they have responded quickly, clearly and efficiently. A pleasure to deal with, and a relief to know that vets bills aren't a concern (that's the last thing any of us want to worry about when our pets are unwell!!). Thank you, Insurance Emporium!!
I have had to make several claims recently for my dog. The claim process is easy and efficient. No trouble to either vets of clients. Especially important when you consider that your focus is on the well being of your pet and the cost of the care they receive is the last thing you are concerned with. Knowing that The Insurance Emporium are taking care or things behind the scenes is very comforting. Thank You for doing the job you are supposed to do so well.
