Sam was lovely. More than attentive and went above and beyond to make sure we were OK. The food was absolutely fantastic. Presented beautifully and you could tell it was home cooked food. We will be making this a regular without a doubt. Thank you for making a perfect evening for me and my partner. The beef made him cry it was that GOOD x

Would recommend this restaurant, the shallot & goats cheese tart was lovely my husband had the sausage pie which he enjoyed .
Don’t expect normal pub grub it’s way above that. Me and partner went for Sunday dinner. I had the roast beef which was the best I’ve had since my late grandad cooked. My gf had the hunters chicken and the chicken was huge and perfectly cooked all the way through. The front of house staff couldn’t have been better. She didn’t stop but always seemed to be there when you need her. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the inn on the green to anyone.
