We sat next to the aquarium, which we loved, beautiful fish, definitely a talking point. The atmosphere was great and the staff was really nice to talk to and friendly. My husband and I had the pate starter which was gorgeous and a great amount of bread compared to some places. We all had the sunday dinner which was lovely but personally if I am having roast potatoes and veg I expect it to be roasted, but they were not unfortunately this did let the meal down. The carrots and parsnip was soggy and the potatos were not good too, I think you should be able to tell there roasted, nice brown and crispy. We would go back again though and try a different meal. Over all we all had a nice time.

Absolutely beautiful food real home cooked pub food. Lovely atmosphere and such friendly owners and staff. Would highly recommend.
Great food, reasonable prices along with friendly service & a private room - will definitely be back. With the dog next time - it's dog friendly!
