Food is usually great quality and usually tastes great when ordering direct. Although some times things are missed off when delivered. human error, it happens. Ordered from just eat today and advise you not to do that. I won't be ordering from there through the app again. There are items on the just eat menu that they don't even sell and the salad box that came had virtuality no salad in it and was also wrong as I had ordered something they don't provide. I dont know if that's their mistake when setting up the just eat page or a mistake just eat have made. I understand aswell they're usually busy however took about 20 mins to get through to them on the phone to ask for the correct order to be sent out. It took 25 -30 mins for just a replacment salad box to be sent out. Overall I think they have great tasting food and provide a great service, but there always seems some form of human error with every order I've had.
