The Horseshoes Country Pub & Dining Room

I love this place, I live local and make an effort to come here at least twice a month. The staff are lovely, very friendly and down to earth, it's a small pub but it feels very cosy and warm, with a nice chilled atmosphere. The food is lovely, and I especially love their pizzas!! I usually come here for date nights, but we have brought our little one too and she is always made a fuss of. Would highly recommend if you are looking for a nice quiet drink and a good meal.

Excellent mixed roast with great trimmings - medium size was massive! And the fish and chips were excellent, crunchy batter, juicy and tender fish and great chips! Would definitely return!

We had a delicious lunch here on a Wednesday. The game pie special was wonderful (and huge). The woman running the pub was such a delight too - so kind and lovely. Highly recommend!

Lovely country cosy pub serving home cooked tasty food at a fair price. Portions are generous too. One of our more regular places to eat. Would recommend

My husband and I went there last Sunday 13/09. I must say the food was well cooked and there was plenty of veg, plus home cooked yorkshire pudding (yum). The staff were professional and the service was great.
