Truly amazing!!! Very helpful staff and were very welcoming of us. Menu was very varied even though it was stripped back due to Covid. Well priced food and drinks plus they stocked Purbeck cider which is a winner for me. The Mrs had lasagne which was fresh and tasty and the boy had kids fresh battered fish and chips, all sublime.

Had my first roast takeaway from here today,was abit sceptical as not had food from here before and my husband and myself are fussy how we like our roasts, but I have to say it was amazing. Neither of us could fault anything about it from the delicious flavours and incredible roast potatoes to the very pleasant and helpful service from the person that took my order. Great food and customer service. Will definitely be trying more meals from here. Well done all.
Having only recently become aware of this pub, we had a meal this evng. All food is home made & cooked (inc burgers); excellent menu; great food when it arrived; good range of real ales & best of all - a Free House! We will return....
Had a delicious lunch with our friends today service was superb felt extremely safe every precaution taken to keep their customers safe and happy. Joe the manager looked after us very well. Fish and chips were DELICIOUS
It was table service which is good but it was a bit of a mess... Outdoor seating didn't feel like you were 2m away from the next table, the menu is on a blackboard behind a table inside the pub so you have to walk back inside the pub to look at the menu which is unnecessary movement. Food was OK nothing special and I wouldn't go here again.
