Nice pub. But would need a mortgage to be able to become my local were as I can go to other pubs that don't cost a arm and a leg for a pint or two of beer. Otherwise we lovely Inn.

This is a lovely pub with great views near the beach of Newhaven! There is a good variety of real ale if you like it! The food is very good and we didn't have to wait long for our lunch which was lovely and prices very good as well as variety!! It is also quite old and cosy and has seating outside pub as well!!! Lots of parking near by! We will be going back soon!!
Must of passed this pub so many times in my life time of coming to Newhaven. Last time came here was back in 2013 on Christmas Day. Lovely pub, lovely service, lovely staff. Lunch was amazing, Pie was out of this world. The old man loved the character of the pub and all them old pictures of Newhaven, will be back again!
We had lunch here, cheese burger and chips and fish and chips. Great portions, homemade burger delicious and chunky. Nice size fish with beer batter. Good covid safety. Definitely recommend it. Staff very friendly and attentive.
