Just popped out for some tea after work and managed to get a table for the good lady and myself. The place was very busy but the staff sat us down , took our drinks order and brought some menu's. When they took our order they told us there would be a wait of upto 45 minutes for our food. When the meal came it was worth the wait. We both thoroughly enjoyed our meals and will be visiting this establishment again soon.

Amazing staff, nice cozy pub, food absolutely outstanding and great value. If you want a really good meal in a nice family owned pub, this is worth a visit on the outskirts of Hartlepool.

We came in for the first time on hearsay and I have to say the food was massive, tasty and overall very good indeed. The staff were very helpful espe ially Chelsea and we were not disappointed. We will be back.
What an amazing clean and friendly pub, food is fabulous have been 2/3 times and enjoyed all meals I've eaten, 10 out of 10 will definitely be going back for more and more
