One of the best hot chicken spots I've had!! I've tried all the major hot chicken places but this place tops it off. I loved how juicy the chicken was and it was seasoned to perfection. The coleslaw was also super fresh and good. Definitely get it with cheese as it adds a special kick! Also to note, I got the medium spicy level and it was just perfect. Mild would have too mild honestly.

I’ve always had a great experience and great food here, and it’s one of my go-to dinner places in the area. My favorite dish is probably the Scallops, and the accompanying bed of greens with its crunchy granola is uniquely delicious. It’s a good idea to make a reservation though, as it’s quite small.
I got their Boujee Fries last week and it was amazing. Probably the best Chicken Fries I've had in Los Angeles. The owners have been their both times I ordered the fries and picked them up. I definitely will be supporting this business because they give good service and have great food.
Excellent dinner at Hook & Plow. Most of our party ordered the steak sandwich and were happy with the order. Excellent service and great outdoor vibes.
