This Home Depot has always had great customer service. I have bought most of my kitchen appliances, my floor tiles and always buy home needed items like bulbs, gardening and cleaning supplies here. I have also rented their equipment from their equipment rental department. Great customer services all around. Due to covid-19 spikes, they practice social distancing and sanitize their carts and self check out cash registers after every use. It would be great if hand sanitize was places at every entrance and exit doors. Great service how depot. Keep it up!

How sad bad habit. They labeled the fence picklets wrong and wanted to charge me almost three times the price on the rack

We went looking for a microwave and when we told them the one that we wanted they said they don't sell it anymore and that they didn't have any in stock. Same thing happened a month ago when we wanted a stove and the one we wanted they said the same thing. And then they told us to wait that they were going to see if they could find us one in another store and the guy went to sit down and talk to one of his coworkers he wasn't even trying to help us. What I don't understand is if they don't sell the appliance anymore then why are they still in display?

Had a lot of electric carts that were not running. Store is too big for me. I am disabled and I had a hard time because only 2 out of 6 carts were working. Store personnel didn't seems too concerned with this.

Service at Home Depot was a lot better than Lowe's. Waited 1 hour and 15 minutes at Lowe's for help. It was ridiculous.
