The Hog Roast Caterer

Paul and his team catered our wedding last Saturday and it was PERFECT! From the very first meeting Paul was friendly, understanding and flexible. I'm not sure how many changes and tweaks we made along the way but Paul was great at responding to emails and had no problem with any of the changes. On the day itself the food was exquisite - plenty to go around and very little waste. It was delicious and you could taste the quality. We had asked Paul and his team to set up a cheese course for us and their choices of cheese caused so many compliments that we couldn't take credit for - it was all Paul! Attentive yet invisible, Paul and his team had the perfect balance when it came to serving the food on the day. I have no qualms about giving a 5 star rating, I would give 10 stars if it was an option!

Can i just say thank you SO much! You were so helpful prior to the wedding day, making me feel at ease and confident about what we would be getting on the day, and on the day itself, I can personally say that I REALLY enjoyed your delicious food, and was informed by my friends who were setting up in the morning that your staff there were so helpful and friendly and offered to help them with the setup before we arrived - they all said how lovely they were and that they really appreciative. I have had several Hogroasts over the years and even been let down by one firm at the last minute, but if Carlsberg did Hogroasts, then this would be the one. Absolutely faultless service. Booked way in advance and following a site survey, Paul and his team could not have been more helpful, even offering to go and buy our ice when we were running out. All the food was gorgeous and they also catered for our vegetarians and a coeliac guest as a matter of routine. Their equipment arrived spotless, and the site was left spotless when they left. Everybody was impressed and I'll definitely have them back again. Thanks again to Paul and his team.
