Very poor customer service! Pre booked a table. Upon arrival was interrogated and made to feel like criminals being asked address’s and personal information. Supplied relevant information to then be questioned again once seated. We were refused alcoholic drinks. Chose to take our service elsewhere and left. You should not be open offering your services as you are clearly uneasy about the situation. Won’t be returning.

Brilliant meal. Social distancing down to a T. Well done to the team. Brownie to die for... ummm
Had breakfast and evening meal whilst staying at Premier Inn next-door. Both meals were excellent. The haddock was huge and really well cooked. Food definitely better than the average Premier Inn restaurant. Staff were also very polite and the restaurant had done an excellent job to ensure social distancing was observed.
This pub is attached to a premier in and is the nearest place for me to go for a pint on foot. The night I was in there the duty manager was very friendly and helpful the beer was good quality and he asked me if I wanted something to eat as the kitchen was closing in 15 minutes which I thought was very thoughtful. It can get busy at lunchtimes and evening meal times with people staying at the premier in next door
We had a festive meal here yesterday. 10 out of 10 for service and quality food.
