They make the most beautiful, soft, plush blankets; we tried to go to the store in person but our adventures on Skye brought us back to our Bed and Breakfast too late to ever go while they were open (we stayed across the street from them). We opted to purchase blankets online after feeling how soft they were at our B&B which featured their products. Every person I've bought one for absolutely loves it (myself included), they are available in a variety of colors and they ship to the US. They make lovely shawls as well. Sandra has been so kind and sweet and accommodating for my many requests. It's the cutest store ever, I hope I can see it finally in person when I return to Skye!

Not tourist friendly at all. We were looking to come in and purchase some souvenirs during our trip to Skye in July and were met by a hostile woman who clearly didn't want us there. Best steering clear.
Lovely shop offering, amongst many other things, beautifully soft and luxurious items of clothing woven from beautifully soft alpaca wool. There was also alpaca wool for keen knitters to buy and this was even labelled with the name of each alpaca who had supplied it!! The staff were friendly and helpful. Shopping at the Hebridean Alpaca Company was a very pleasant experience and I would certainly want to visit again.
