This really is a great gym to go to. The best things about it are the staff and the other people who go. It's like a little community rather than a gym, even though you don't know everyone Russell and the rest of the team make it such a great atmosphere. The classes are included in the cost of the membership so if you go to one class a week like yoga, pilates or boxercise etc... then its almost the same as some people are paying already just to go to a class. The equipment is good and the facilities are good, they keep on improving, because its not been open too long it is still building up piecemeal but they have everything you need. Russell is a great source of knowledge and can give you physio if you need it. Mike is good at putting routines together and seems to really enjoy making people hurt in PT sessions, so if that's your thing then great!! :-) If you're new to the area, or want to join a gym then definitely come here first to see what it's like, rather than going to freedom leisure or one of the other chain gyms. It's a gym for real people and not for people who want to show off or a real muscle gym. Definitely recommend it.
