Open and very helpful. Service as it should be with proper trade pricing. Great advice on power tools and they stock Facom sockets which was a lifesaver. Didn't realise they had rollcabs in stock (out of my budget). Shame they're hidden away.

Polite lady quick to answer the phone handled equiry informed me of different products etc... Arrived gentleman was very helpful got me the item I required (coffee machine lubricant) They have lots of tools at this place very clean very well laid out good knowledge of the products they sell
