I have been at this school for 3 years now and i have particularly mixed opinions, i very much enjoy most lessons and being in a good atmosphere and being with my friends, however in a certain lesson i find that students are not always being treated in the same way as some will be given a detention whereas someone else will be given warnings for the same thing. Overall i think that with this problem solved Hayesbrook would be a much better learning environment than it already is. Also i feel that the lessons are engaging and actually quite fun

Very pleased with the school after they decided to offer chemistry, physics, biology and maths A level courses. Quality of teaching is amazing in science and humanities especially. P.S. Mr Reader is my favourite teacher.
Ive been here a year and a bit, and this school is AMAZING! It has a great environment and i recommend that any parent consider this school for their son. peace :)
Staff at Hayesbrook in my experience are passionate and focussed solely on providing the best education they can for the students in their care. Two things to point out - firstly there are NO core subjects at A-Level - subjects run based on numbers, secondly a significant number of schools are having to cut subjects at A-Level due to the funding received from government falling, falling, falling. If you want to complain to anyone, write to your member of Parliament.
I don't think its fair to say all the kids are chavy and loutish. Its more a case of a bad few spoiling the school for the ones that do want to behave and are trying to learn. Unfortunately the school leadership don't seem to care. We moved our son and he is much happier at Knoll.
