Paradox Coaching & Training is a small consultancy business headed up by Adam. Paradox was established in 2018, however, Adam has been working with clients professionally and personally for the past 6 years. Paradox was born under the premise of life being paradoxical. It's fascinating to know that the more we learn, the more we realise how little we know. Our search for peace and happiness only leads us further away from the thing we are actually looking for. Also, to have it all, first we have to give it all up. To some these would be seen as contradictory, "how can these possibly be true?"​ I guess nobody can really answer this. It is one of the facts of life that we all have to accept and be comfortable with. We all have to learn to dance in natural rhythms and flows. Understanding that life is very much dualistic and without 'bad'​, we simply would not know 'good'​. We have to know both sides of the coin to experience the breadth, depth and expanse of life itself. Living should not contain caps or limits.
