Staff are very lovely all ways makes me smile when walking in and supporting me very friendly 10/10 But does need some touch up like paint lots of mould isn’t really nice to look at but other then that is very good I also think they should have vibrator exercise machine I also think as you can’t do a lot through Covid like that isn’t classes you should be paying full price for the live which I think they need to look more into as it doesn’t tell you that when purchasing I also think 2 hour isn’t long enough I think it should be 4 hours as it helps out people

Properly fitted gym with a decent amount of space ,spreaded on two floors. Bonus: two hours free parking at Frenchgate Carpark and a monthly membership that you can end it whenever you want w/o any fees.
Good gym, new machines and free car park (up to 2h) for members.
Good range of kit, friendly staff, everything you need. Definitely recommend
