My wife and l had a superb meal here. We both had fillet steak, both steaks cooked beautifully, nice chunky chips, lovely coleslaw and very tasty blue cheese sauce. Desserts were just as delicious. The day was cooler than most lately so we didn't take advantage of the rooftop seating area which was a shame. We intend to return as we pass this establishment quite frequently. Would definitely recommend.

The food here is very good with a wide menu choice and our waitress was very friendly and efficient. The place is well laid out and has a feature of a glass topped well set in the floor along with a similar wine cellar that can also be seen from above. For when the weather is warmer there is a large and attractive outdoor eating area. Parking is substantial. Well worth a visit.
Absolutely fantastic! Honestly the service was great the prices are fair and there is a relaxed but respectful atmosphere. To the food.... I'd like to compare it to the likes of the Warwick Street social, Norfolk mead and a few other higher end restaurants. My other half had a pork dish looked amazing and it was cooked to perfection, with just a slight pink tinge running through the centre. I had a wagyu beef burger, the chips where awsome, the burger was moist and not dripping in oil and the salad was fresh. I can not recommend the gull highly enough!
After driving past this place for the past 3 years we eventually stopped and went in yesterday OMG I wish we had pulled in here years ago, firstly the restaurant the outside area the roof top the waterfall was spectacular and the lady's toilets which my wife actually took photos to show me were amazing . the staff are all very friendly and accommodating nothing was a problem the food was amazing the carvery was just out of this world the Beef just melted in my mouth, my son had homemade chicken goujons with home made chips. we even got a grand tour from Steve. we will defiantly be stopping here again in the near future. thank you Tony & Vicky
We went on a Wednesday and the food was absolutely beautiful. we're definitely going back another day. We also really loved the water feature as it was just a beautiful addition.
