The level of luthier wizardry, professionalism and friendliness of these guys is amazing , and IMO this is specially remarkable in these difficult times. I took my Squier Classic Vibe Strat for a full setup and fret levelling, got it back on the same day, and I'm pretty sure it can now rival other high end Fenders I've had in terms of playability and tones. The attention to detail shines through. Thanks guys!

Great service! Steve and the guys have done an amazing setup job on my guitar - didn't realise it could feel this nice. Will definitely be back to use them again!

Arranged for my new Taylor 814ce DLX to have the fretboard adjusted (needed a special Allen key). Great job, sounded even better than out of the box and 18 months later - still on the money. Highly recommended them.

This place is fantastic! The guys here are extremely knowledgeable and so friendly. I took my two guitars here for a set up, one was straight forward but the other not so much. I tested it before taking it home (which they quite rightly prefer you to do) but once I got it home I noticed there was some slight fret buzz on the first 4 frets. I took it back to ask what could be done and he gave me the options so I elected for an adjustment in the action. Even though it's a 20 minute drive for me to get to them I don't think I'll be taking my guitar anywhere else.
