Was Best Man for a friend's wedding here and is a great venue - one of the most elegant buildings in Northampton. Thr Council chamber is classy and not overblown. Really good for the vows and ceremony. The interior tasteful and well put together. Staff were helpful and the officiating lady balanced pathos with brevity well. The exterior worked well for photos and I was impressed that one of Northampton's finest buildings (that I've walked past many times) lived up to its look.

We attended our good friends wedding here, it was such a beautiful day and we had a great experience. The building has some stunning architecture details. The main room has a real state of grandeur about it, everywhere you look is packed with wonderful décor. If you're thinking about getting married here, I would highly recommend it.

Very interesting place to visit went to the food festival that was on a lovely old building
