Great tasting pizza, better than lots of others in Luton.
Absolutely appalling service!!! The person who takes orders, is incompetent of taking orders. He writes down the wrong order and then blames the customer for it. Food is always delivered late and when you call them asking about missing food. They get really rude and aggressive over the phone. Very poor customer service. Never ordering from here again!!!
I would give this place minus 5 stars, it's a total shambles firstly the person on the phone dont understand english takes the orders wrong then when you phone up to ask where the rest of your order is he goes berserk. Food takes forever to turn up even though they say 40 mins be prepared to wait over and hour plus if your lucky I mean how long does it take to cook a burger and fry some chips, dont know if the place changed owners but it's gone downhill recently to the point I wont be ordering from there again and others I know say the same. Also the quality of food has gone down considerably they probably using lower grade food or dont know how to cook the food properly, it's always too dry, burnt or tastes of cardboard basically no taste. Was a decent place but has gone down drastically over last year never again lesson learnt some places rather lose loyal customers than try to resolve a problem not the way to do business. AVOID AVOID AVOID !!!!
Absolutely rude, we used to order all the time but now there is a new guy who runs stuff, and he is a total waste. Rude, disrespectful and nasty. He makes mistakes on taking orders, then has the ordasity to shout at me for not explaining it properly! I made him write it down and repeat the order. 3rd time same mistake. Had enough, given chances after chance, always making mistakes. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!! SERVICE IS SH*T!!
