I have had many very satisfactory meals from Grill Brothers. However, when i called to report that my burgers had arrived at a cool temperature (I live about 300m from the shop) the complaint resolution left much to be desired. Being a regular customer, who had never previously had cause to complain, I expected that they would offer to send fresh burgers. Instead i was effectively told that i must be mistaken because the guys in the kitchen had made it up fresh and it had been delivered directly to me. The implication that I was lying has left me feeling quite irritated. Perhaps the sad universal law, that restaurants have a span of time when they are really good and then the standards inevitably start to slip, is playing out once more. Two stars for many good (5 star) meals of the past.

We really enjoyed our takeaway from the grill brothers, there was 9 of us so we had a really big order with lots of different combinations of sauces, salads, sides etc and it was all perfect.. Really lovely food, burgers were good quality and tasty, the salad was fresh, and the bread that accompanied the kebabs was delicious. A clean and well presented shop. Everyone really enjoyed it and the service was really friendly and pleasant. Even the packaging it comes in is good quality and can be recycled. Portions are really generous. Highly recommend if you want good tasty food at a decent price.

Really delicious food, only downgrade is the portions sizes for the price compared to other places. I keep going back.
