Haven't been here for a long time, circumstance (a funeral) brought me back and I'm glad I did. Food looks brilliant, but nature of visit meant buffet was already prepared, and was really fresh and well prepared. Good selection of beers, and food on offer is definitely tempting me back on a happier occasion to try. soda and Lime was the correct proportion too!

Very quiet, was three blokes there at 2pm on Saturday had the 5 special which was sausages, mash and peas which was ok, what you'd expect for that price. Place was freezing which was my main gripe, they could have fired up the fireplace
Had a lovely meal here. The food was delicious and the staff were friendly. Highly recommended!
It was a Wake for our dear friend Terry Lloyd,son of Speedway rider ,Freddie Lloyd,World finalist of the Fifties.Nice food,decent real ales,helpful staff,good friends,sad day.Cheers Terry !
Food was good, coffee good did not try beer as too early in day, had a reasonable choice 'tho.
