Hats off to these guys! Beautiful pub, indoors and out. Call to check the hours before you go, they change quite often and are posted at the front entrance. Weekly specials are quite lovely and right across the street from Christchurch Park. We will be back!

I had an excellent meal there tonight and a couple of beers. The food was tasty and cooked perfectly. Given where we are with the Covid-19 restrictions the staff have done an amazing job of keeping everyone safe indoors and outdoors whilst maintaining the friendly atmosphere and great service. They care about their customers. About as good as it gets.
It's ok, server's were very attentive,not bad food but could be hot when it gets to the table,instead of just warm.pandemic doesn't help ,eating outside this weather is not great but such is life.
Lovely pub, lovely food, lovely staff. This was a lunch eaten in one of their heated outdoor pods. Was nice sitting out in the winter weather but wrap up if it's cold.
Though it rained and we were seated outside, we didn't get that wet and the tables were covered rather well. Could do with a bit more outdoor heating with the current tier 2 meeting system but otherwise was a tasty dinner and drinks.
