Great pub!! The service is excellent, they are very kind. Food is very good, superb quality (please, try the beef burger, it's amazing). They have a wide selection of wine and beer (see menu photos attached). The place itself is cozy and has a nice terrace outside you can use if the weather allows you to. Don't miss it!!

I love this place for many reasons including good service, friendly staff, nice surroundings and good atmosphere in the front bar. Went for an early dinner one Saturday evening recently. I had a nice pear salad starter which was very small. My main was beef but it was 50% fat so they took it back and offered something different, I asked for the same again but the chef advised it was all fatty! My dessert was a slice of pie, but again like the starter, was very small. The staff were very good about changing the meat, but more attention could be given to the quality of meat being provided. Also the portion sizes could be a little larger.
Went for Sunday lunch. Good selection on the menu and the food was lovely. I didn’t take a roast but it looked lovely and the vegetables seemed gorgeous as well as the meat. I had the squids which were perfect and the fish pie. Absolutely lovely.
Lovely food - would have taken picture but woofed it down. Scenery was lovely - sat in garden and watched sunset. Staff really lovely too - smiley, cheerful and checked if we were OK. Definitely recommend
I had booked for Christmas day lunch but as we moved up in tiers this was not allowed so I arranged to have my Christmas Lunch as a take away. I booked a time slot & everything was ready for me when I arrived The food was lovely, good ingredients and well cooked It came in a gift wrapped (large) box with 2 bottles of wine & crackers & was piping hot Thank you to everyone who worked on Christmas Day I appreciate your hard work
