Not bad at all, beat to visit after the dew has dried or its soaking wet all over. Be warned some parents see it's for to let dogs run around in the toddler area both with and without a leash, both are disgusting.
Well equipped play grounds,safe and fenced off,also an outdoor gym-great place
Winter mud was a problem. There were lots of really big mud holes
