Couldn't live without this shop in Wells! Always a great selection of wine and a regular supply of new craft beers from local brewers and beyond. Andrew is super welcoming, friendly and knowledgable plus the events he puts on are great fun too.

The Grape & The Good is a fantastic little shop and a huge asset to Wells. I primarily visit for the large selection of craft beer. The range includes local breweries like Moor, Arbor and Lost & Grounded, in addition to new releases from popular breweries including Magic Rock, Beavertown and Cloudwater. There's also a decent amount of world beer here too and you'll easily find Chimay and Orval amongst other classics. Obviously there's more than just beer here with a massive amount of wine and spirits as well. Andy the owner is very friendly, knowledgeable and more than happy to chat about and recommend new releases.
If you are unfortunate enough to find yourself stuck in Wells (like myself) this place is a lifesaver if you are after a bottle of wine or a beer. The range of wines is impressive with wines coming from all over the world, the beer selection is somewhat underwhelming in comparison, although it is somewhat understandable considering the limited shelf life of beer.
Nice range of craft beers
Always extremely friendly and helpful. The wine to drink in is delicious and our dog was very happy here!
