I've been on several courses at The Gourmet Cake Company. They are always very professional, fun and informative. I recently took a group of friends and they had a really good time. Doing these courses has given me the confidence to move on from cupcakes to two tier Christening cakes. Can't wait to do my next course.
Amazing experience. Booked for my mums birthday for cupcake making. You felt a bit like bake off. Our teacher was friendly and helpful. Really lovely little store as well. We left we ingredients and special cases/decorations to make at home - along with the recipe cards they give you. Since the course me and my mum bake cupcakes regularly. Thank you
Great course, very friendly tutor. Easy, manageable pace even for an absolute beginner. I would definitely do another course. Small, intimate class sizes and a good location. Thoroughly enjoyed the class. Definitely worth the motorway drive! Thank you again.
I’ve completed three courses here: unicorn cake, chocolate cupcakes and a mummy and me session with my daughter. As well as being an enjoyable and friendly day on each occasion, the real benefit has been the step change in what I can achieve at home. These are courses that really teach you and give you confidence. I’ve been able to replicate all the cakes on my own since and now I just can’t stop baking! It’s not just the cakes that are transformed.
