This shop has such lovely items for sale, and the staff are always friendly Loughborough is lucky to have this shop
Great resource for churches. Friendly, helpful staff.
Other reviews are good, but I found it a difficult shop to use the day before yesterday as one of the staff was so unresponsive to me, that as a new customer I felt very awkward. The other member of staff helped me find a book and was much better as he responded to me, but overall, it still felt awkward to me. I don't feel comfortable enough to go back to have a coffee there after that, which is sad as the stock is superb and I had intended to go back for a browse. I hope that I caught it on a bad day and it's not usually like that.
