Well pub was closed due to lockdown. But can recommend the butcher's on the carpark every Thursday for great fresh meat at very reasonable prices.

We had our tea at the new Golden Cup last night. The service was great and the cheese and onion pie is to die for!
Fantastic food served here. Quality tasting beer where you know the lines and pumps are cleaned regularly! Great experience and the Chef has always done a great job, very accommodating and the food is some of the best I have tasted when comparing to some of the great restaurants I’ve eaten at, the standard of this place is definitely up there and the prices are even better! Couldn’t recommend highly enough.
Friendly staff. Clean pub. We ordered gin and tonic she poured the gin and then, no tonic. Never been in a pub that has run out of tonic at 7.30 in the evening. Other than that, nice place. Sat outside on the cobbled forecourt, which was nice.
